At Lifelines Personal Development Ltd our consultants are qualified to use and interpret the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator.  It is a useful tool in career guidance. We are also qualified in a range of other psychometric questionnaires.  Professionally we are qualified to use and interpret psychometrics with the British Psychological Society at Levels A and B.

Aptitude Tests

Employers often use aptitude tests in their selection procedures. Our consultants use them to investigate numerical and verbal reasoning skills. Occasionally we also help clients to explore their diagrammatic reasoning skills and those that relate to computer programming, systems and engineering.
