Training in key skills Our training workshops are tailored to meet the needs of staff at any level from a graduate training scheme to the continuing professional development of experienced staff. Sometimes just one course is required and on other occasions we present a series of developmental training events. Each event is tailored to meet the needs of the specific audience. Our skills workshop topics include: Assertiveness Teamwork Negotiating skills Effective Communication The Power of Networking Interviewing Personal Effectiveness and Time management Coping with stress Personality at work Career Counselling Employees can often be helped to see their way forward, either within or outside an organisation by career counselling from a professional consultant. Redundancy counselling We offer redundancy counselling both on a one-to-one basis and with groups of employees. Different groups of employees prefer different approaches and sometime a mixture of the two. Typically we give our clients four sessions of counselling.
